I let the figures sit...The frosting is problematic. I let the figures sit 48+ hours after I dip them and then go over them with brushed-on matte varnish. After that I'll do the basing/flocking thing. I spray them with dullcote after that. I found that the spray dullcote interacts weirdly with the dip.
