28mm Greek Javelinmen

These Greek skirmishers were the last troops I needed to complete my Macedonian army for Commands and Colors.

This was a successful year for my ancients projects! Persians, Greeks, Macedonians, and Gauls are all fully complete. Next year, time permitting, I will tackle the Carthaginians, Republican Romans, Caesarean Romans, and imperial Romans.

These Blue Moon limbers have been done for a while. This weekend I finished basing them.

 And here is my little diversion, all based and sealed and ready for game play.

 While I wait for the basecoat on my commission to cure, I banged out a unit of Roman Legionaries today.

The figures are 28mm Old Glory. Yesterday I affixed the shields with five minute epoxy and got them all primed. Today I painted them all in a couple of hours.

Tomorrow it's back to War of 1812 in 20mm!
