A Quick Picture

I have been working on a large lot of Eureka WFR Austrians, and they are taking a while.  In lieu of new content, I present for your enjoyment a brigade of Confederate infantry, moving to the sound of the guns.

    Cool pic, Scott. What do you use for your trees and do they hold up well to play and transport?

    TigerJon, they are model railroad trees. I wish Ii could remember what brand they are!

    I use 1.5" washers as a base, then use clay to make a little lump. The clay holds the tree, and I can flock over it. They hold up very well for transport.

    I no longer have a dedicated gaming space, so the trees have to go into storage after every game.

    I love this picture: it reminds me of some of the illustrations from Terence Wise's An Introduction to Battle Gaming - the first wargames book I ever owned!
