15mm British Hussars

 After two looong months, the British cavalry for John's army are done. First up are his four regiments of hussars.



7th Hussars








10th Hussars








15th Hussars








18th Hussars








All 48 hussars!

    Impressive as always, Scott. 48 hussars. How many cavalry did you complete in total over these two months?

      I finished 162. I have 36 more to finish, which I should be able to do by the end of this week.

      Thanks, Cyrus! I am very pleased with how they turned out. My speed is not what it was. The spirit is willing, but the hands and eyes are weak. :-)

    They look super; painting the British Hussars drove me a bit bonkers myself, with all the ever changing details of their dress over time!

      I think this is the third time I have painted Hussars just for Waterloo. I do remember that Peninsular Wars hussars got way too complex.
