Fantastic as always. Im struggling a little at the moment with painting horses and i have a lot of them with my current projects. I was wondering if you had time i you could lite the colours you use for your horses as they always look so good.
It's a real mix of colors. Here are the pairs, with shade first followed by main color:
dark burnt umber / brown iron oxide brown iron oxide / autumn brown autumn brown / toffee brown quaker grey / oyster white chocolate cherry / candy bar brown espresso / territorial beige territorial beige / territorial beige : white 1:1
These are truly great! I've always had a special place in my heart for these guys (and their dragoon cousins). Tremendous job!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Glenn! I really like the way they turned out.
ReplyDeleteThey look like you've painted lancers your whole life. Spot on.
ReplyDeleteThanks, AJ!
DeleteGreat stuff! I really like the horses with their heads down as if they are simply plodding along the trail. Great animation.
ReplyDeleteAB figures are nice all around, of course, but their horses are magnificent.
