I am trucking right along on this commission. These 18 chevaux-leger represent all six regiments in 1809. Five of the regiments have red facings (in two slightly different shades), and one has blue.
Love these! Green jackets look great on cavalry units. Everyone must agree with me because France, Bavaria, Austria, Russia (obv.), and Prussia all had green jacketed cavalry regiments. ;-)
Wow Scot, you have been doing a lot of painting while I wasn't at Blogger. That French army looks fantastic and now this Austrian is going the same way. The painting is excellent on all figures!

The green jackets do look sharp! Looks like everyone used them except Britain. Maybe Tarleton ruined the color for them.
